These knives are the first ones ever to be "tested and recommended by Alfons Schuhbeck". The blades excel in cutting capability and unmatched robustness. The perfect handling is exactly suited for the master's demand. All three knives are forged from a single piece of German cutlery steel. The aesthetic handle is made of extremly hard Spanish olive wood. It's beautiful individual grain and the "Schuhbecks"-embossed inlay reflect the overall quality in a perfect way. The knives are available separately or as a set, and come in a precious black gift box.
